Design/Build provides customers the most efficient, timely and cost effective method of project delivery. By eliminating unnecessary layers of responsibility, customers have more controls over their projects.

Design Resources

The company's design team includes professional engineers, designers and construction professionals with combined HVAC and plumbing design experience of over 100 years. Our in-house capabilities include designing, CAD drafting and stamping of plans.

Project Design

The key to successful design/build is proper design. Without it, design/build becomes an excuse to cut corners. GBT develops schematic design, calculations and construction documents (plans and specifications) for new construction, remodel, tenant improvement and energy retrofit projects. Modern tools and technologies are used in our design work to produce state of the art design work.

Construction

We perform the installation and construction work with our experienced, well trained and well supervised construction crews. Safety and quality always come first. As members of Associated Builders and Contractors, we provide our supervisors and construction crews with the best training available.

Building System Commissioning

After construction, we test and verify that all systems operate properly and develop and assist the customer in implementing an operation and maintenance program.
